Changing it up a bit. Instead of morning workouts, I'm doing evening workouts. Been a two week hiatus. Just couldn't get myself motivated after our 2 week vacation out of state. BUT...I really want to stay fit all year long, and not just because I wanted to look good in front of people.

**EVENING WORKOUT**
Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" 8lb. weights
128.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
