I don't know if you only eat 350 - 800 cals per day or if you're just not logging all of your food. If you are really eating like that, then you are starving yourself. When that is the case you will also start to binge because your body craves food. Usually food rich in carbs since that's what feeds the brain. Once you start eating around 1200 cals per day you will feel much better with no cravings.

Hi. I really have been eating 350-800 calories in the past two weeks and I did not feel hungry or weak at all. But I think as you said I am starting to crave sweets! I should try to increase my daily intake so I can continue!

Your body will get used to the small amounts of food you're eating and your weight loss will slow down. In the beginning you lose weight really fast but then your metabolism slows down. Your appetite decreases, you don't feel hungry anymore and you start feeling cold all the time. Your body turned off body heat. The next step if you don't start eating the recommended 1200 cals on the monthly average will be that your hair starts to get thinner and the quality of your nails will be horrible. Then if you keep at it for a few months you will lose your period. I know all this because I was on a diet that included 500 - 800 cals per day for 3,5 months two years ago. Everything that I described happened to me and I gained all the weight back since I couldn't go without food anymore. Since my metabolism slowed down everything I ate went straight to my hips and stomach. No mater what we do to our body the metabolism will go back to normal after a year has passed.

Hi. Thanks a lot for your advice! That's right, I was surprised to see that I did not lost much despite having had so little! As you said, I must stick to 1000-1200 calories! Thanks and good luck!
