Ate well today...oatmeal and toast for breakfast, Tuna salad for lunch and chicken and vegetables for dinner. I do need to eat more inbetween meals so i don't get so hungry. I also need to be drinking more water. I had two cups of coffee today with creamer and splenda and right now i'm having a sweet tea. So i know i need to cut these out and get on water all the time. My foot hurts a lot today and i am in bed right now tired. I did my best for today and i am happy about it...but i know i need and could do more. So gotta keep on pushing myself and do more tomorrow.
