I lost 1.8 lbs this week!! I am feeling really good and the loss on the scale is a small part of the whole picture. It is great to have my clothes fit better, it makes me realize how much I was fooling myself thinking that it was ok because I could still wear the clothes, but they were tight and uncomfortable.
