Day 1 was fine surprising seeing as I had my period from hell!!! had an omlette for dinner that oozed cheese, small glass of wine with sodar water and a handful of peanuts to relax with.
Rosie wants me to go swimming with her this afternoon, can't bear the thought of having to take my clothes off yet :-(
Am not going to weigh myself till Friday, must not get do like last time and weigh in every morning.
