Day 1 - Back on Atkins - got 3 whole weeks till I strip off in a bikini!!!!! Would be ideal if I could shed 7 lbs - half a stone before then.... Must start doing some sit ups as feel that is where all my excess fat is being carried. Beca has been back on it for 3 weeks and has really slimmed down again so I am determined!!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
