Had a rough time this week sticking to my diet, but overall I think I did a good job. I am definitely pushing myself in my workouts and I always feel great when I'm done, even if I have to force myself to work out in the first place. I am getting stronger and my endurance is definitely improving. Overall I feel great! I hope I can keep it up and steadily lose weight over the next six and a half months till my wedding so I can look good and feel confident in front of all those people! For now, I will simply tell myself to keep up the good work!
