When I get down I go on YouTube and watch videos on people who are losing, they are excited and enthusiastic and it really gives me the boost I need to get refocused and not feeling so down. Before and AFter videos are very motivating to watch!

Recommendation #1: Weigh only once a week, same time, same scale. Too many variables can cause weight fluctuations trhoughout the week... you'll just stress over nothing if you measure every day. Recommendation #2: If your meal log is correct, tt would appear you are not eating enough. While you may get some big losses early on, you won't be able to sustain them. Your body needs around 1300 net calories just for maintenance. Some days you don't hit that; others you are just a few hundred over and that is not enough to fuel your daily activity too, even if sitting behind a desk. You will be hungry all the time, feel deprived of food, and eventually binge, then get depressed and give up.. and the cycle begins again. Our starting weight and goal weight seem similar, and I have been eating plenty since January 9, with no hunger, no cravings, and a slow and steady drop in weight. No tricks or gimmicks, just good nutrition... it will work! Press on!

I only weigh once a week, usually Saturday morning first thing after y pee. If I haven't lost as much as I expect I don't get too upset as I know next week will be good.
