I really hope this number starts to go down. I know i havent been perfect but i havent been that bad.
Dam medication.... I guess next week will be better.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It will get better Andrea. You just a little hurdle to get over but you will get past this and everything will be back to normal.
