Well, I have not been able to start the Paleo diet yet. I continue to be so crazy busy with no time to cook/plan/prep. However, I intend for some major things to change in about a week. Here's to hoping!! Anyway, I've been good with just trying to make smart choices on the run! The thing that is helping me the most right now is the calorie counting that I am able to do on the app. Thank you to fat secret, I've lost about 10 so far! Yeah! I was gaining instead of losing there for a while so this is definitely working now! Determination to be healthy is what works!
