Today I woke up and decided to go to the gym and then head over to my dads (I try to go over on Thursdays). After leaving the gym, I had a missed call. It was my dad saying that he wasn't wanting to go up to storage to look around, which was great for me.
I didn't really feel like going to the gym, but I did it. Did the treadmill for an hour, and after that I was done. That's what you call short and sweet. I am down just a tiny bit more today, than I was yesterday, so I guess something is going right.
