Feel like im slipping, in the past 3 weeks ive worked out maybe 5 times, and in the last week, well since saturday ive had only one day below 2k cal. The rest have been 2k to 2200. Not that its horrible, but my loss has suffered from it. Idk. Hard to get back on the wagon, and stop with the peanut mms and today I totally failed with a mcdonalds jalapeno mcdouble and a double cheeseburger for lunch. Falling off the wagon is too easy
