Gonna do a little experiment and record my weight daily to better understand the fluctuations.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As someone who logs weight everyday I can say that I still don’t understand the fluctuations. That being said, logging has really helped me get desensitized so when I see the ups I don’t get upset and doubt what I’m doing. Seeing the past ups and downs and the overall downward trend tell me that I’m on the right track. Hindsight is precious. 😊
