i don't know what is going on but I like it!!! I just weighed in and it was soo nice to see the scale dropping. I have a theory that it might be the fact that I haven't drank in about two or three weeks with the exception of one night. I in all honesty haven't been tracking my calories on paper...just slightly in my head. So I am not entirely sure what is happening. I wouldn't say that I am eating better, but I have been keeping my portions under control better. Sometimes I think it is just the fact that I am not so stressed out about losing weight that it has started to come off...either way I am hoping my body keeps it up...I hope everyone else is doing well.
