I need to keep sticking...I have gone off a bit but I think the extra calories may have shifted my plateau..Maybe I wasn't taking in enough calories if that is even possible.

Have you heard of calorie cycling/zig zag? Maybe that's what you were doing and it helped. I upped my calories too, and that's when my weight started to drop. Everyone's bodies are different, it just takes a lot of fine tuning to figure them out!
