BACK TO EXERCISE - FEELS GOOD!
Walked today for first time in 4 days due to injury. Will try my home exercise later today and if it cools down later, do the walk again.

ClassicRocker, hope you don't mind me copying the way you list your music, but since I started exercising, I've listened to music more than I have in the last 10 years and it feels good to get back into it.

Walking: 25 Minutes (Outlaws - emphasis on "Green Grass and High Tides")
* Around the Neighborhood (about 1 1/4 miles)

Home Exercise: 45 Minutes (Pink Floyd - "Dark side of the Moon")
* 200 Step-Up Board
* 200 Knee Kicks
* 60 Squat/Kick
* 20 Behind Head Dumb bell Lift
* 80 Twist
* 60 Shoulder Press
* 00 Toe/Sky Touch (still sore - can't do)
* 80 Tilts
* 60 Dumb Bell Raise

Walking: 25 Minutes (Santana)
* Around the Neighborhood (about 1 1/4 miles)
