2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 27 August 2014

I weighed in because I've been doing very well with my diet and I actually felt like I was getting somewhere this week. And I'm feeling pretty good. The last time I lost weight I was suffering a major illness so it really didn't count. I worked out last night..sore but happy with it all.

Need to get back on the job.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
