Haven't been on FS in a while, I think I was getting discouraged because my weight wouldn't budge no matter what I did. I'm pretty sure it's all related to my thyroid... I'm still on synthroid because my current doctor refuses to let me try anything else. She also refuses to check my T3 because she says it's too hard to keep the "levels" managed, but what do the levels matter if I feel like crap all the time? I've decided to find another Endo, and I pray they listen to me and are willing to help more than my current doc. Anyway, gonna try to log my food again and stay active...

I was gonna say find another doctor who will work wiht you. You can also do some googling to see what kind of diet works best with thyroid problems. Some foods can help.
