as expected, the number had dropped slightly just by not having as much salty food yesterday.
But PMS has defo landed and has given me a kick in the bottom! All the different wonderful symptoms dedcided to all surface suddenly at once... lol. Oh the joys of being a woman. Yesterday I felt like an empty pit that no amount of food could fill. LOL. Somehow I was able to keep a bit of control.
So its a new day, got some great tuna salad to open my fasting in an hour a half and ready with my quest bar for later if (...if! hahaha... when hunger strikes.
