Okay, so I've been HUGELY busy this month and haven't had time to track or weigh. I was really worried I would have gained weight since I haven't tracked, but yay! It is a loss! Not much, but still exciting! I guess keeping busy and making smarter choices works even when I'm not tracking. I've been cooking at home alot more--trying new recipes and enjoying it. Lunch has been alot simpler too. Staying away from frozen dinners and trying to do more sandwiches, soups, salads, or leftovers from the night before so that it's fresher. :)
Also, still drinking mostly tea and water. I have went back to slim fast in the mornings. It's just easy to grab as well as tasty and filling. Completely forgot about my challenges in the craziness of the month, but I think I will start them on my own and just track for personal knowledge. I'd love to know how much I could improve doing it just 6 minutes a day for 4 weeks. Also, even with as crazy as things have been, I think I can fit in a 6 minute workout, as long as I can make myself remember.
Anyway, have a great day everybody. I don't know when I'll get to journal again, but I do read journals everyday--I LOVE having them emailed to me! Keeps me motivated even when I can't journal myself. Especially love the baby updates, keep 'em coming!
