Going to change everything again. Started today with shakes and bullet. Having baked potato for lunch - everyday this week! Going to have either a shake and bullet coffee or just coffee everyday this week as well. Dinner will consist of protein and slaw or salad and snack will be banana and some type of chocolate.
Typical doesn't work for me, so I am going atypical for a week to see what happens. Wish me luck.
