Really dehydrated all day yesterday,no matter how much water I drank. Ate a large amount of food cooked dinner with plenty of veg. Pork crackling was salty so this may have been why.
Today OK so far not too thirsty. Had a mashed up breakfast with mayo. Mayo repeated on me all morning. Had a chicken breast for lunch, it seemed to soak up the mayo, so no more mayo repeating.
