Yesterday started well at breakfast, but had to go to a buffet late evening.
As you can imagine the food was High Carbs so selected the best I could. I found within the hour my stomach was bloated, heavy and expanded. Not a nice feeling as a week on LCHF I was feeling good and looked trimer.

Today I had a good start at breakfast time. But had to attend a meal out. I at sensible although too much as I wasn't hungry. Back to LCHF tomorrow, thank goodness as I'm feeling better and stomach won't be bloated.

Ate my total intake today but really didn't need so much food. Roll on tomorrow.
