Staying true to my meal plan and my unofficial weigh-in this morning reflects it. I hope tomorrow's official weigh-in will be as good, but I know how little things can throw that off.

So much going on right now! First week back to teaching classes for GoodMan, DS#6's family should be moving out of our house by the end of the week (at least not to another state PTL!), and they'll need our help, my house is a "swingin' mess" as my dad used to say, we are scheduled to host a large bible study group of college students on 9/5 for a swim and bonfire and our pool needs repairs, DIL#6's car is not running right now so she's using mine...and the list goes on...such is life.

I had planned to use my new exercise bike today, but I may have to return it so I think I better not use it. I SHOULD get lots of exercise cleaning the house today...that's my goal.
