Well a week working on the road, had a few high calorie days but for the most part held true to plan. I did have concerns throughout the week about my Monday morning weigh in. Dropped below the 300 mark :-)
298.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 108.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
