All signed up for the 6 week challenge. Body fat topped out at about 14% at 182 lbs. Dropped 2 pounds out the gate due to glycogen stores depletion.

Day 1 workout yesterday:

10 minutes on level 8 incline 3.8 mph for cardio warm up

Leg press supersetted with calf press:
leg press:

calf press:
40,30,20,10,10,10,10,20,30,40 reps

core: (2 sets)
30 second front plank
30 second left side plank
30 second right side plank
30 second medicine ball twists
