Spent a week in Malaysia, at a beautiful hotel with buffet breakfast/lunch. Naturally, i ate much more than i needed to. I did spend my evenings at the gym/pool, foregoing dinner. But then a weekend of lazy eating and limited exercise, and i'm back around 65. I'm going to ease myself back into a good fast. If i can do 2 intermittent and 2 solid then 1 intermittent; it should cover the week, bring me down to 62 and keep a reasonable energy level. I'll see how it goes. Then it's an attempt at the home-stretch: to 58.
