I've decided to start the 30 days of activity challenge.
I've begun with walking this morning for 2.4 miles. Not the most eventful but it was a start.
I'm looking to finally get over the sciatic hump. The stretching will be crucial to overcoming this running is one third of the tri. I cant get around it.
I will track:
My eating - No juices, water and smoothies
My physical activity - at 20 minutes a day
My weight once every two weeks
I'm a member of gold's gym and YMCA aquatic center. I forgot what those places look like!
Running, cycling, swimming and resistance training
Let the journey begin it will be a fun ride.
