I must having been retaining a ton of water yesterday morning when I weighed in! I am down 4 lbs in one day. I will take that though!!

I stuck to the program 100% on day 1 and it was not easy. My calories were very low but I was not hungry. I felt like I ate all day.

I am definitely NOT a probiotic fan either. Yogurt and cottage cheese make me gag but I choked them down.

This diet definitely makes me miss Atkins but I am to keep trying because afterall I paid $20 for the book! Haha
169.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
