Heading to South Carolina to visit my daughter and her family. Actually going for my granddaughter's 6th birthday! I can't wait to see them all. The crazy thing is I'm a little worried about getting out of my routine of eating and exercising. I think being off work for a few days will give me the opportunity to squeeze in more exercise and I hope to try running a little in the mornings. I just hope I can stay on track. It's taken forever to get under 130, and I don't want to come home and find out I've crossed that line again! My daughter joined FS too (Little Red) but has not been active on the site at all -- she's not fat about 114 now. Maybe with me logging onto her computer everyday to record my food and exercise will get her back on FS -- if only for another place to communicate and encourage each other! Wish me luck.

Have a great trip!! It is always harder when you get out of your routine, but you can do it! Enjoy that granddaughter! My baby girl is 6, what a great age!
