Ugh! I have been so bad at this journal entry stuff. And with entering my calorie intake and output. I need to make it a goal to do it at least 3xs a week and after I do that add a day...

Anyways, things have been good. I have to admit I went on a meat and bread binge over the weekend (it was my bridal shower). But it's back to work! I'm alternating between Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and 60 day abs to get a complete workout. But I just found out recently that I can run again! That is exciting. So I'll be starting that out in the evenings when I get home (I do Jillian at 5a before work). Probably start with 10 mins then increase to 15 after a couple of weeks. I'm really excited!

I used to enter every day in the morning... everything I planned to eat that day. allotting a time right in the morning was easiest. then the next morning you can tweak whatever you had and do the current day. if you make a time and do it ahead of time, it keeps you on track for the day and then you know where you're at too...

I am just not going to enter what I eat....I know I'm bad but I need the weigh in, the journal and the support more than anything else. I am a talker ...big smile
