Went over my RDI by about 200 calories, but I still feel good. I have a hard time keeping track sometimes because I tend to "taste" food while I'm cooking it for my boyfriend. And I don't mean that I eat it, but I have to occasionally taste it for seasoning ect. I know it only ends up being like a couple of tablespoons or whatever, but I usually round up in my food diary just in case. I also bought a new scale today, but I kind of wish I would have spent more on a better one. I was testing it out, and so I stepped on it three times and got three different weights (each off by like 2 lbs)! I know 2 lbs doesn't seem like a lot to many people, but when your trying to lose weight, a 2 lb weight loss or gain can be a big deal! I guess I will have to return it, and continue using the one at the gym until I can afford a really good one.
