I don't understand how my weight is increasing and I am eating very lean, maybe I am eating too little and doing too much gym... now a friend just came to visit me... hope not to screw all the effort... maybe it's just that yesterday I used salt and my period is coming in few days...
really hope not to lose motivation. anyway I feel fitter than before!
139.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you are trying to get lean and fit and eating only 600 calories a day, you are kind of sabatoging yourself. When your body doesn't get enough protein, you end up losing muscle as well as water and fat. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest, the more easy losing weight becomes and maintaining that weight at goal (hence why men lose faster and can eat more). Your period and salt can increase your weight. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. It's all about getting healthy, lean and fit. Make sure you are getting the protein and nutrients your body needs to fuel your workouts and look good.
