I know I burned some good calories today. Not only did I swim this morning, I went back for more this afternoon. I walk/run on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and after that did some upper body weight lifting, then I went to the mall and walked the entire mall. My carbs are low as well today so the scale should continue to say 17 something. I think this has been the first time in a long time I didn't feel depressed looking at clothing in the mall. I passed the Torrid store (plus size) and thought to myself that I won't have to shop there pretty soon, and walked past the normal clothing stores thinking to myself that in a few months I'll be able to wear cute clothes again. Usually i hate clothing shopping cause no matter what I wear i look fat (cause I am).

Also I find that I'm starting to really enjoy exercising. And for me that is weird. Even in high school I hated it. I was the kid in gym who refused to run when they made us. I always got a zero for the day. I didn't care. Now here I am going to the gym twice a day? And looking forward to the next time i can get on the treadmill. Not only do I burn fat and calories I get "ME" time. I'm so used to always doing everything for everyone but ME and now that I'm focusing on myself I feel better as well.
