Can anyone tell me the differences between Light exercise and Moderate exercise? I'm having trouble deciding which one I fall under when calculating my calorie count as they don't really explain anything =/

I think squats, situps and those things are moderate. Light exercise in my books would be a casual walk or something. I've stopped logging exercise though as it seems really high on fs and seems to trick me into eating more.

yeah. most exercise that you activly participate in are moderate. most of the light exercieses are passive activities that are part of your everyday life such as standing and sitting.

Thanks guys, It's hard to really know because I go the gym for 2 days and do calisthenics and other days I walk a lot and dance and for work I am on my feet walking fast (waitress)
