I'm scared of the scales.

Haven't touched the scales too scared. Kind of pathetic being scared of a silly weight measuring device but yeah. On the plus side my pants size is now 6 from 8. Am eating better, have sort of scared myself with sugar and obesity documentaries. Now look at some foods differently (except chocolate, always have chocolate) and til the end of my days I will NEVER eat any hot dog, sausage or frankfurt that I have not handmade myself. What really goes into some food is DISGUSTING!!!
Anyways I hope are doing well xxx

Been living off coffee, water, chocolate and 1 meal a day for the last week or so. Have lost weight my pants don't fit anymore. I don't sleep restfully either. The stress of having wisdom teeth removal, personal issues and family issues etc have taken their toll for sure. At the gym am struggling to reach the minimum of easy exercises I usually do. Right now I have a "bouncing" mindset of "I should eat..." but "Why eat when you've lost this much weight? you don't need food, you feel better without it".
First world problems. Hoping all others are well and staying warm this winter xx

So as much as I am suffering my self hatred and vast array of medical issues during my weight loss journey there are a few things I am so proud of....
1. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 8
2. I am now fitting in Jay Jays women's clothing size XXXS when I used to be XL
3. I can lift up to 25kg in weights and and dumb bells when I couldn't even lift 10kg. My arms are also starting to shape nicely so my bingo wings are slowly going YAY!!
4. I can do push ups on my toes when I couldn't even master them on my knees
Who knew I could accomplish this in 2 years....
