I ran this evening .... Despite wanting to curl up in a ball and sleep alllll night ... Now I feel great!! And I've eaten so healthy today, minus the 50 cups of tea / coffee but I've needed that to keep me going after the bloody stressful day I've had! Hope everyone else's day was better!
