Ok so far so good day one back on track...can't use Prednisone as an excuse to eat bad especially when I've managed to gain 20 lbs over the last month and a half. I really need my buddies rooting for me right now the Prednisone is causing horrible cravings for sugary stuff!

Don't do it! :) What about making a boat load of sugar free Jello and getting some sugar free chocolates? Makes some people stall a little, but it's better than grabbing a giant reese's cup.

yeah that's what I'm doing I've had a metric butt ton of protein shakes today but taking care of much needed protein and sweet tooth combined!

I feel for you Myree... So sorry you've been stumped by the challenge of introducing this new medicine into your regimine. My nephew just went to see a new Endocrinologist Wednesday...he put him on Prednisone for his Addison's Syndrome -- my nephew has been taking Corteff (sp?) for many years. I wonder what side effects he will now have since taking this new drug? Any suggestions I can pass on to him? Love you girl -- will be praying for you and for your health challenges. Hows the bronchitis? Are you healed up yet? That is some scary stuff...
