Well...about me...I'm 30, single, living near chicago in the suburbs. I've been overweight my entire life, probably since the age of 6/7. I've tried dieting in the past but it obviously never worked. I was just never motivated enough. You'd figure that the ridicule and whispering from other kids, even adults, as I was growing up would be enough, but no. I guess I'm so fed up now that I'm more motivated than ever. I've been pretty good with being able to stick to this way of life. I've slipped up here and there, but get right back on if I do. I want to be able to go to a restaurant and not worry about where I'll sit. I miss roller coasters. I hate worrying about where I'll fit and where I won't. I hate having to preface my "online dating" profile to say that I'm a big girl, just so no one is mislead. I want to have a neck again :) Maybe even paint my toes and have it look good the first time rather than shlacking it on best I can and hoping the excess comes off in the shower. lol. Good luck to all of us that have decided to take control :)

Hey Kimmeranne...I just kind of did the same thing. There's no excuse for it, since we know what we're doing while we're doing it, but I guess you just kind of have to kick yourself in the butt and try not to go overboard again Smile It's hard not to feel bad about it, but you'll feel so much better if you get right back to doing what you're supposed to be doing.

Can I eat more than 1 MIM/Day
I've heard that you can probably have two a day if you really want it and still be ok, but I wouldn't have more than that. Especially if your body is "sensitive" to fiber. Congrats on the 70 lbs! How long did that take you?
