Just started my fifth week of eating well and training well.

Mondays- Body Pump class
Tuesday- Spinning class
Wednesday - Weight Training
Thursday - Football (soccer) training with club
Friday - Badminton with friends
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Football (soccer) match with club

my start weight was 81kg and now I am 78.4kg with 22.4%body fat and 38% muscle mass

My goal is to get under 15% Body Fat
Everyone keep up the hard work
Remember its 60-70% diet and eating clean
