Fell of my wagon a little bit since Friday - struggled to get back on! Was out of routine and PMS took over completely... But I worked out on Sunday, and twice yesterday as well as this morning and finally today I feel like I am getting back on the weight loss wagon!
Let's keep on keeping on! :)

I know the feeling! I am doing Weighless and I fell off the wagon over the weekend. Sort of got back into it on Monday. But today in weigh-in day and I am terrified I have put on more weight! Oh well. Either way we move forward. Good luck to you! :)

I gave in on Friday and ate like a demon till Monday! Yesterday was better, and today was good (Except the Mentos, will just behave the rest of the day)... Don't fear the scale! We give weight and weight-loss too much control over us , relax and take it as it comes! Try and be positive !! xox

Hey Shy, I'm glad you are focused again. That's what important, even after a little lapse you bounce back. I will be offline starting next week but I hope when I return I see some great progress. I'm going to need some incentive as I will probably have an uptick on the scale too. My goal is to finish this year strong and go into 2015 new and improved.

That is a great goal and so achievable!! Maybe I will make it one of my own as well... apart from looking smashing at my wedding and on Honeymoon :) But yes, I think it's key to end a year strong and not only to start a new year with new goals... if you finish strong it will be easier to set greater goals for a new year!
