Well I'm shocked, I've lost 6 pounds so far and all I do is stick to the diet pretty much, go to work, and every other day do 30 min of free step on the fastest tempo on my wii fitplus. Wow, it hasn't even been a week yet. I'm really hoping the weather gets nicer soon so I can start going on walks outside. I think the biggest thing is to remember to eat something at every meal and drink tons and tons of water, oh and throw in some good exercise atleast every other day.
