Today I am up to 186.8.

After this past weekend, I am happy about that weight! Friday evening, I treated my friend to Fresh2Order. I love that place; it's so delicious! This is the first time I have ordered one of there salads and it was a little too tasty. First of all, its huge! It had to be 500-700 calories just from the size and toppings. I ate the whole thing. Heavenly!!!

I was still fighting the desire to binge all weekend. In those moments, satiety is so brief even though my stomach is full. I'll just say, that I ate an entire week's worth of fruit in one weekend. The fruit successfully kept me away from less nutritionally sound choices like chips, cookies, and ice cream. But I did not even eat the fruit in moderation.

Saturday was my friend's 30th birthday. We went to this place that had killer wings. My eyes said to get the 10-piece, but I'm glad that I got the six and my stomach agrees with that choice. Plus, it came with a side of potato wedges (yay, starch!). There was a repeat fruit binge later that night.

Sunday, I thought I was good, but then the girls wanted to go to brunch after church. Oh my fat, what a great idea!!! The brunch spot had eggs Benedict (my fave brunch item) with a side of super delicious potatoes that I had smothered in jalapeno cheddar sauce. <sigh of contentment> Of course, my belly could have had a zip code of its own after all of that.

There was a lot of eating this weekend, but also a lot of biking. The water consumption was lacking. True to form, Monday's trip to the bathroom urgently needed. Things were rushed along thanks to nerves.

I was following up on an application that I submitted to this tech startup down the road and they told me to come in for an interview. Too bad I got stood up. I was disappointed all day. When I got home I had my salad, and had my last unhealthy snack. Now, I feel back to normal.

Seems like you are back on track, Snuggs. I don't think you are doing yourself a disservice by indulging a little on a weekend day. Personally, I still keep a cheat day. The key is to keep it to one day (i.e. between sleeps). Keep pluggin' along and track your consumption, but loosen the reigns a bit a give into a temptation or two. What is funny now, is that I feel sick if I over indulge. That's a good problem to have.

Thank you, @CMR. Now we're supposed to go the Benihana tonight. What?! I'm just going to have the miso soup to be sociable, then I'll have my salad when I get home.
