ugghh!!! im at stand still. hope by friday when i weigh in again, i lose couple more pounds

Don't do what I did, stop...... Had done well especially using FatSecret and stopped all. But I am BACK! Good luck to you!

thanks, i got bback on after a day had to go to er for a dang splinter under my nail and had to eat something so i wouldnt get sick. feeling better now and back on atkins
