Second day back at it after straining my shoulder/back 3 weeks ago. I've decided to add Insanity to my P90X schedule and today was day 1. What an eye opener! I'm going to have to work to keep up.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
