i'm very pleased with my weight loss but i know i need to get back into exercising. my skin has become very loose and flaccid - not a pretty sight. hoping to do jillian michael's 30-day shred this evening. don't need to do it every day. even 4 times a week would be great. just need to quit w/ all the excuses and just get it done!!
