I am a 28-year-old girl working in the nonprofit sector. I've always struggled with an average of 20-30 extra pounds on me. I'd really like to feel good about what I see in the mirror. Also, I'm getting married Spring 2012, and want to look and feel my best for that special day.

Hey - my name is Flora and I just joined this site. I have very similar weight loss goals as you -- wanting to lose 10 initially, and eventually losing 20. It's always better doing challenges with support buddies. My main exercise program is Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Today is my 3rd day on that. How about you guys?
