It's 11:30 PM and just getting in. Had to stop and pick up coconut oil for tomorrow's coffee. Made a salad with deli ham and chicken breast to take in the office tomorrow. Trying to set the pace for the weekend with what I eat tomorrow. I plan on pouring in the effort to have a lower weight this upcoming than this one which was great.

All this preparation is after having drinks with the guys.

I believe the coconut oil in your coffee/tea breaks will definitely help keep your appetite at bay. Great job!
