For the first time in months I went shopping and it felt great to go into the store and try on clothes that would never have fit me before. It was very rewarding to see that I had gone down at least 2 dress sizes and not be embarassed to come outside of the dressing room. It only motivated me to continue to move forward and continue this journey. I WILL REACH MY GOAL. I WILL DO THIS. I CAN DO THIS.
