I'm no longer 'doing' a specific branded diet and can hopefully alter my profile.
So - here's my new start. I'm a member at a local gym. I am doing yoga, walking and water exercise until I bring my fitness level up.

I feel good!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Great! "Diets" start, thus they end. You are changing the way you eat, rather than "going on a diet". Forever! That's the smart and healthy way to get to your goals!

Thank you for that encouragement eddie1261! Now If I could figure out how to upload photos in my entries, I would love to post 'before' and then 'after/in progress'

I believe the images need to live somewhere with a URL, like out on Imageshack or someplace like that.
