I'm no longer 'doing' a specific branded diet and can hopefully alter my profile. So - here's my new start. I'm a member at a local gym. I am doing yoga, walking and water exercise until I bring my fitness level up.

Great! "Diets" start, thus they end. You are changing the way you eat, rather than "going on a diet". Forever! That's the smart and healthy way to get to your goals!

I believe the images need to live somewhere with a URL, like out on Imageshack or someplace like that.
